As we entered Phase Two of post-Circuit Breaker measures on Friday 19 June 2020, Sunnic will continue its Business Continuity Plan (BCP) such as social distancing, to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our customers, partners and employees.
Pertaining to service support, our Engineering and Support teams are fully operational to provide critical onsite services. Our 24/7 helpdesk support hotline will also continue to deliver support services via email and phone. Our office is open to support any administrative matters during this period.
On the other hand, our teams in Sales, Operations and Logistics function will continue to work remotely from home by telecommunication, so as to continue to support any queries and needs for your business.
Although the COVID measures taken on a national level has seen some improvements, we will continue to observe the situation to align ourselves with the best practices progressively so that our business operations will be back to full capacity.
